Gift Card FAQ
Yes! Before adding the gift card to your card, check the box that reads "I want to send this as a gift" on the Gift Card product listing. You can insert the recipients email address and a personal message.
Physical gift cards can be purchased at any of our stores. If you don’t live near a store, please email info@saracampbell.com or call us at 617-423-3134 ext. 99, and we’ll be happy to take your order over the phone!
Physical Gift Cards:
- On the checkout page, fill in your shipping information and locate the "Discount code or Gift card" field.
- Enter your 5-digit code found on the back of the card in the Gift Card field at checkout, with “999” in front of it. For example: Example: If your card number on the back of your physical gift card reads 12345, enter 99912345 at checkout.
- Click "Apply" to update your order total.
- Complete your payment details, review your order to ensure the discount has been applied correctly, and then click "Complete Order" or "Place Order."
Digital Gift Cards Received via Email:
- On the checkout page, fill in your shipping information and locate the "Discount code or Gift card" field.
- Enter your 8-21 code exactly as it appears (case-sensitive) in the email you received.
- Click "Apply" to update your order total.
- Complete your payment details, review your order to ensure the discount has been applied correctly, and then click "Complete Order" or "Place Order."
