Start a Return
If you feel that an item is just not right and you'd like to return it, you can request a return through our online portal HERE. Once your return is approved and you've received your return label via email, the item must be mailed back within 2 business days.
Full price apparel may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund back to the original form of payment OR returned within 14 days for store credit. Sale apparel and all accessories, ruanas, fur, faux fur, wraps, and pajamas are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
The cost of your return shipment, which is $12, will be deducted from your total refund. All items sent back to us must be unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by a receipt or order confirmation.

Once approved, you will receive a shipping label to your email. Please allow 7-10 business days after receipt in our warehouse for returns to be credited to your original form of payment.
Returns are also accepted in any of our stores.

Exchanges:
We offer exchanges in store! Please bring the item(s) and packing slip to any Sara Campbell store and we will gladly process an exchange for you. Items can be exchanged according to the return policy. All online orders may be returned in store.
We no longer offer exchanges by mail. Instead, please request a return for the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Price Adjustments:
