Shipping & Delivery

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Estimated transit time for domestic orders is 2-7 days from shipment.

Shipping Options:

  1. UPS Surepost: $12 (residential addresses only; final delivery by USPS)
  2. UPS Ground: Price based on weight/location (recommended for reliability)

Return Shipping: $12 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping.

Returns & Refunds

To begin a return, please log into our RETURNS PORTAL and select the items you would like to return. You will receive an email as soon as your return request is approved.

Please note that it may take up to 1 business day for your return to be accepted. You will not be penalized for the delay in accepting your request.

Once accepted, please mail your package within 2 business days.

If you would like to exchange an item, please request a return HERE and place a new order through our website.

Full-Price Apparel: Return within 7 days of receipt for a refund or 14 days for store credit.

Sale Items & Accessories (including ruanas, fur, faux fur, wraps, and pajamas): Final sale, no returns or exchanges.

Return Shipping: $12 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping.

Conditions: Items must be unworn, in their original condition with tags attached, and include the original receipt or order confirmation..

How to Return: Request a return through our online return portal HERE, and mail back within 2 business days after approval.

Holiday Returns (Gifts Only): Gift purchases from Nov 1, 2024 to Dec 24, 2024, may be returned by Jan 5, 2025. Gift returns must be accompanied by a gift receipt. To include a gift receipt with your order, please leave a note in the designated section on your cart page.

Exchanges: Available in-store only. For online exchanges, return the item and place a new order.

Price Adjustments: We are unable to honor price adjustments.

To request a gift receipt, please use the “Special Instructions For Seller” field on your cart page. We will include the gift receipt in your shipment, and you can also request that it be emailed to you.

If you have already placed your order and would like a git receipt, please email info@saracampbell.com with your order number. Thanks for shopping with us!

Gift Cards & Discount Codes

Physical Gift Cards: 

  1. On the checkout page, fill in your shipping information and locate the "Discount code or Gift card" field. 
  2. Enter your 5-digit code found on the back of the card in the Gift Card field at checkout, with “999” in front of it.  For example: Example: If your card number on the back of your physical gift card reads 12345, enter 99912345 at checkout.
  3. Click "Apply" to update your order total. 
  4. Complete your payment details, review your order to ensure the discount has been applied correctly, and then click "Complete Order" or "Place Order."

Digital Gift Cards Received via Email: 

  1. On the checkout page, fill in your shipping information and locate the "Discount code or Gift card" field.

  4. Complete your payment details, review your order to ensure the discount has been applied correctly, and then click "Complete Order" or "Place Order."

Digital gift cards can be purchased HERE. You can choose to have it sent to your own email or directly to someone else.

To send as a gift, check the box “I want to send this as a gift,” then enter the recipient’s email and an optional gift message.

To purchase a physical gift card, please reach out to one of our stores or contact us at info@saracampbell.com.

Yes, both digital and physical gift cards can be redeemed online or in store.

We proudly produce all non-sweater apparel in the USA!

Due to limited resources for sweater manufacturing in the U.S., our sweaters are made overseas. Producing as much as we can domestically is very important to us, and we're always exploring ways to bring sweater production to the U.S. as the industry evolves!

All accessories and select apparel items are made by third-party vendors, and specific manufacturing origins will vary. Please look at the item description for more details and reach out with any questions at customerservice@saracampbell.com.
