The Vicki Blouse is the perfect balance of easy and bold. Available in Sky Blue and Sorbet, this sleeveless, trapeze silhouette is finished with a statement ruffle neckline. You can style this countless ways, but one of our favorite ways to wear it is with the Sheri Pant with Hem Mini Ruffle to achieve an understated but cute coordinated ruffle detail.
