The Rachel Blouse is crafted in a leopard print mesh and features a semi-fitted silhouette with an on/off the shoulder flounce for a fun and bold look.  Pair this with jeans and flats for a casual evening or with black pants and heels for a weekend date night. 

The Rachel Blouse is named after marine biologist and writer, Rachel Carson.  She is hailed as one of the most important conservationists in history and is recognized as the mother of modern environmentalism.  Her research led to the nationwide ban on DDT and other man-made chemicals, making the world a safer, healthier place.
